This cozy hotel is just a stone's throw from the beach and has a friendly and attentive owner and staff. the rooms are comfortably appointed, with good linens and towels, and some offer breathtaking views of the sea. Guests can enjoy the fantastic breakfasts and easily access nearby river and stores. the charming parrot and resident pool are additional perks.
The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement.

Liked the comfort and serene vibes of this hidden gem! The bed was cozy and the rooms were tidied up daily. The short walk uphill was nothing compared to the awesome view from the pool area. The breakfast was fantastic with everything I needed, to kick start my day. it was great to be able to enjoy a good night sleep with the added benefit of feeling the fresh breeze and hearing the ocean waves.
While the noise and spirits of the young crowd and the two dogs near the entrance might have been fun for some people, I would prefer a more tranquil environment. Additionally, the walk uphill might be problematic for elderly or people with disabilities. It's always a good idea to wear comfortable shoes, especially if you're planning to walk around the area. The dirt and gravel driveway might need some repair but I'm sure the hotel owners are aware of that.

The hotel offered a nice pool to swim in and a fantastic view of the ocean. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making my New Year's experience enjoyable. the hotel's location was convenient, with stores and the beach within walking distance.
The room was not as clean as it could have been and some aspects of the room were not in working order. the electricity and water were regularly shut off by the owner which was inconvenient and made some amenities unusable.

We loved the hotel facilities, staff and location close to the beach. Cleanliness was impeccable and breakfast was fantastic.
